The Wedding Castle believes the customer should have the highest possible degree of privacy and security available. We believe that our customers private information (names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and credit card information) is something that should stay between The Wedding Castle and the customer.  We do not share our customer information with any one ever.

You may also send us a check or money order as a payment, but your order will not be shipped until we receive the payment. If you send a check, your order will be processed after the check has been cleared.

Product Availability

In the even that an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 48hours by email or 72 hours by email. We will make the most current and correct time quotes possible for delays but will not responsible for orders that run up against a time constraint if we has not been previously informed of a delivery date deadline and has not agreed that that date can be met.  A delivery date deadline for any time-sensitive order must be specified when order is placed.  We will do everything possible to have your order arrive on time, and will cancel any order that misses a specified deadline and will provided a full refund.

 

Shipping and Handling

We will use UPS  as a carrier for these shipments, at our discretion. Standard Shipping cannot be used to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico .

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE USA, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Generally, orders take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.  You may also select UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day delivery in extra cost. You may select the shipping option you prefer at checkout.

For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, delivery options are 2nd Day Air and Next Day only.   Please also note that personalized items require extra processing time, which varies and is stated for individual products. For example, cameras require 5 days for personalization before shipping.   On the other hand, napkins, candy, and matchbooks require a full 10 business days for personalization before shipping.

All non-personalized orders ship within 3 business days.  Personalized items will take about 7-10 days.  

All chocolate items ship in insulated packages containing ice packs. Between June 1 and September 30, all chocolate MUST SHIP UPS 3 Day Select (unless delivery location requires quicker option, i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly suggest rush shipping on all chocolate at any time of year, to ensure delivery within one business week. Chocolates that sit on UPS trucks over the weekend have a tendency to melt. Rush shipping reduces this melting risk.

Merchandise cannot be shipped to an APO or FPO address via our usual couriers.  We will ship to such addresses using U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail.

Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. Please consult your local postal office for more information.

We reserve the right to limit the amount that can be shipped via the US Postal Service. For more information, please refer to the APO/FPO and Post Office boxes.

Time in Process consists of processing orders from the paper trail through the packing process. Your package is given the utmost care and urgency in shipping.  We know your wedding is right around the corner.  We do our best to ship your products out to you in a timely manner.

Return policy

Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from the date of original purchased*.  Otherwise the merchandise will refused. If you are not completely satisfied with your order,  simply follow these easy three steps and we will promptly send you a refund:

1. Send an email to info@theweddingcastle.com for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and for the correct return address (some items are directly sent back to the manufacturer).

2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging.  Please include a copy of the original packing slip.

3. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish.

Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you a valid RMA # which must be on the shipping label or your package will be refused.   Shipping charges are at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages.  All returns must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is due to our error.   Returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee, plus outbound and inbound shipping.

* No returns on personalized items, film products (cameras), opened software, or opened candy.

No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization.  Please contact us for a return authorization.
